One of my favorite elements to introduce is the gentle, grounding practice of sound healing with tuning forks. I love bringing these supportive tools into our Reiki sessions when intuitively guided.  When struck, these precision acoustic tools produce a stable vibration that your body naturally responds to. Working with Reiki, tuning forks gently soothe your nervous system, release tension in your muscles and fascia, and restore balance to your energy centers. Because their frequencies are so soft, they are incredibly gentle and useful for both people and animals alike. The gentle vibrations of the tuning forks support your healing journey by deeply calming your nervous system, which allows the soothing Reiki energy to flow much more easily. Working directly with your body to move blocked energy in dense or sluggish areas, clearing away background static. At the same time, these steady frequencies provide a comforting, tangible sensation that softly anchors you back into your body, helping you feel completely grounded, relaxed, and safe. I use two kinds of forks, weighted and unweighted Weighted tuning forks are placed directly on your body. They send deep, comforting physical vibrations down the handle to relieve physical pain, relax tight muscles, and soothe inflammation. Unweighted tuning forks are activated gently in your energy field and near your ears. They have a beautiful, clear tone that sings through the air to quiet a racing mind, ease stress, and clear out old emotional clutter. WeightedUsed Directly on The Body128 Hz (Otto)·       Focus: Grounding & Pain Relief·       Benefits:   Reduces inflammation                        Stimulates the nervous system                        promotes deep tissue relaxation                        relieves pain and anxiety 136.1 Hz (Om)·       Focus: Balance & Heart Opening·       Benefits:   Matches with Earth’s frequency                        Calms the soul                        Balances the Heart Chakra                        Supports chakra alignment                        Brings a sense of deep calm UnweightedUsed Around the Body's Energy Field256 Hz (C)·       Focus: Root Chakra & Stability·       How it is used: ·       Benefits:   Sense of safety and security                        Calms the nerves                        Clears and stabilizes your mind. 384 Hz (G)·       Focus: Uplifting & Throat Chakra·       Benefits:   Enhances mental clarity, communication, and spiritual connection while balancing your overall energy and stabilizing the mind.

I love bringing Oracle cards into Reiki sessions. They add an extra layer of release and relaxation, working with the energy to help you let go on an even deeper level. These fluid, heart-centered decks are used for self-reflection and gentle inspiration. Each card features beautiful imagery and a supportive theme designed to mirror what you are needing most in the moment. Instead of predicting the future, their messages offer loving confirmation, reassurance, and practical wisdom. This soothing practice gives you the specific message you need for whatever life transition, emotional weight, or challenge you are currently working through, leaving you feeling deeply grounded, peaceful, and ready to take on your day. Working with Reiki, Oracle cards are a quiet booster for your intuition and a soft, comforting space to unburden your mind. There are absolutely no strict rules or expectations—just an opportunity to receive uplifting messages that remind you of your own inner strength. Whatever surfaces, I hold space for you with kindness, deep respect, and absolutely zero judgment.

I have been using crystals since my spiritual awakening, and they bring a beautiful, grounding, and earthy presence to our sessions. Because everything is made of energy, crystals act like tiny, natural anchors of stability. They have a steady, calming rhythm that helps absorb background static, clear away heavy mental noise, and comfort your spirit when you are navigating a difficult life transition or emotional weight. I use crystals every day by wearing them, using them in my own self-reiki, and placing them around my healing space and over my surrogate teddy bear during sessions to amplify the soothing, peaceful energy being directed to you. For chakra balancing, I have a dedicated set of stones for each of your seven main energy centers, helping to gently dissolve blocks so your inner vitality can flow smoothly once more. Some crystals I like to use are:·       Rose Quartz - a soft, nurturing energy to soothe emotional wounds, encourage self-love and compassion·       Clear Quartz – amplifies Reiki energy and strengthen spiritual connection.·       Selenite – keep the energy around myself and my healing space a clear·       Black Tourmaline – a grounding shield to absorbing negative thoughts for a stable mind.·       Amethyst – a peaceful, high-vibrational energy to quiet a racing mind, dissolve dense emotional blocks, and restore deep inner calm.·       Citrine: helps clear self-doubt, boost your confidence, attracts joy, prosperity and abundance and cleanses your aura.·       Green Apophyllite & Stilbite Combination: clear away heavy background static from your environment and soothe your nervous system—creating a safe, peaceful space for deep emotional release and mental stillness.
