"This was my first 1:1 reiki session and it was miraculous! My body is healing from a severe illness, and I still had pain in some parts of my body. Rita listened to me carefully and made sure to send extra Reiki to those parts. She was gentle and professional, calling in all my guides to assist, making me feel safe and comfortable to just relax and receive. I felt warmth come over my entire body.
She spent extra time on my hands that are healing from carpel tunnel. I could feel the energy inside my hands as the pain left. I had a bit of tech-neck that was hurting my back this week, but when we ended, I had no pain in my neck, back or hands! At the end, we talked about what we both saw and experienced. When Rita was sharing Reiki, I finally found my mind quiet. Rita was able to release the tension my body was storing and lcear any energy that I no longer needed. "I did manage to get a Reiki session with Rita. Uh, she’s wonderful. I highly recommend it. She does a distant Reiki healing, and I literally went out into space, another dimension, I don’t know, for about and hour. I lost track of time and it felt really, wonderful. So, even though I am tired, I feel just warm and positive, and in that one hour felt like I don’t know, many, many, months of therapy. Deep sleep. "

"My reiki experience with Rita was beautiful; her nurturing nature was felt from beginning to end (and after) the experience. She has an incredible way of listening that made me feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported throughout the experience. I went into the session with a bad headache that had started a few days earlier and to feel that dissipating was such a relief.
I would say that I am not typically very sensitive to energy but through the experience I was blown away by the sensations I noticed as Rita moved across my chakras, I saw amazing rays of light coming in and clearing my headache away and felt my body release grief that my solar plexus had been holding onto. I received beautiful messages that came through as Rita worked on me, and I am so appreciative of the experience. Thank you, Rita!"
